I didn't get to stay at this hotel. They accommodated me to their sister hotel the enclave and it was awesome. We had an upgrade to a two bedroom two bathroom, three pools, two Jacuzzis and an awesome fitness center. We were still walking distance from everything and only a 7 to 10 minute drive from universal. We love staying in this area because we always have the most fun.

Pool was great, hot tub was perfect temperature. Lounge chairs were very comfortable. Room was spacious, and clean. I did not see any bugs, as some reviewers have noted. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent location!

Honestly I was scared given the Google reviews I saw but our room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked. The staff was very friendly. It was nice having a kitchenette with pots, pans, and dishes. Location was quiet yet convenient to I Drive and lots of restaurants and such. I would stay here again.

The location is great, it's close to a lot of places. And attractiions...the pool was open, so had a chance to enjoy it .the people working there was great and really helpful

The room was nice and cozy, the sheets had a smell like they had being away without washing for a while, but i took my own. The Breakfast Cafeteria was closed.
